Dr. Gil Rabinovici is the Edward Fein and Pearl Landrith Distinguished Professor in the UCSF Departments of Neurology, Radiology & Biomedical Imaging. Dr. Rabinovici’s work investigates how structural, functional and molecular brain imaging techniques can be used to improve diagnostic accuracy in dementia and study the biology of neurodegenerative diseases. He is Director of the UCSF ADRC, study chair of the IDEAS and New IDEAS studies, co-PI and PET Core lead of the Longitudinal Evaluation of Alzheimer’s Disease Study (LEADS), and PI/Co-PI on additional clinical, imaging and translational studies focused on AD and related disorders.
