David Lynch, MD, PhD, FANA

Dr. Lynch received his undergraduate degree from Yale College, followed by his MD and PhD from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He finished Neurology residency at the University of Pennsylvania, with postdoctoral work in neurogenetics, movement disorders, and pharmacology. His research work has included elucidation of the pharmacological mechanisms of NMDA receptor subtypes, understanding the neuroscientific basis of antiNMDA receptor encephalitis, and development of a clinical and basic research program on Friedreich ataxia.
