​Imama A. Naqvi is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Columbia University in the Division of Stroke and Cerebrovascular Diseases. Dr. Naqvi graduated from medical school with honors from Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan and completed Neurology residency at Henry Ford Hospital and Vascular Neurology fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. Her research focuses on implementation of secondary stroke prevention strategies, and innovative health care delivery models to mitigate inequities among diverse stroke populations. She is funded as a KL2 Scholar and enrolled in a Master of Science in Patient Oriented Research program.
